How does instructing us or placing an order work?+
We have deliberately done away with long and complicated order forms. Simply instruct us using the button on this page. You will then receive an order confirmation by email. Please reply to it with a copy of your ID (a photo taken on your phone is enough). We will then contact you by email and tell you which information we need from you (name of the company, shareholders, share capital and so on). You can then simply send us this information by email.
Can I also pay by bank transfer?+
Yes! Please contact us (details in the footer of the website) and send us the billing address (your company's is fine too) and details of the set-up you want. We will then send you a neutral invoice in euros for 'International Tax & Legal Consulting'.
Do I have to travel to the UK or the USA to set up a structure?+
No. All our structures are set up entirely remotely. You do not have to travel to the UK or the USA. All documents are transmitted and certified digitally.
How long does the set-up take?+
Setting up a foundation-style Limited or an FIC in London usually takes three to five working days. An FLP or an Asset Protection Trust in Wyoming takes around five to ten working days. We will tell you the exact timetable once we have received your order.
Do I have to move my residence abroad?+
For most of our structures we strongly recommend a residence outside high-tax countries such as Germany or France. Austrian clients are an exception, because Austria has no gift or inheritance tax.
Is all this legal?+
Yes, completely. All our structures are based on proven legal forms in stable common law jurisdictions (UK, USA). We work exclusively with legal instruments of international tax and company law. Tax planning is legal, tax evasion is not. We help you with the former.
Do you offer free initial consultations?+
No. We do not offer free consultations. An initial consultation is chargeable. This ensures that we can concentrate solely on serious clients and give you the quality you deserve.

We advise in German and English. Our German-speaking office can be reached 24/7.
