London as our European meeting point

We want to avoid friction and logistical complications. That is why we like to use London, a global city, for personal meetings with Mr Sauerborn and colleagues, and for events. We do not, however, have a registered office or permanent premises in London. For meetings in London we book day offices or meeting rooms in Central London from one of the well-known providers, and we send you the details of the venue in good time.

Consultation & other services

This website is an information service of the group of companies named under Provider.

If you book consultations or other services through this website or affiliated websites, your contractual partner is the company named in the relevant order form.

The general terms and conditions of that company then apply.

Who provides the service should always be clear from the context and from the booking form. Please contact us in advance if anything is unclear.

Admission as lawyers & tax advisers

Our focus is asset protection and strategic tax planning and advice in the context of international tax law and cross-border matters.

As a rule we are not admitted as lawyers or tax advisers in the countries we feature. Nor do we hold professional indemnity insurance that would cover these jurisdictions.

We do, however, have an extensive network of like-minded tax advisers and lawyers worldwide, many of whom we have worked with closely for years. We involve these local professionals in engagements as needed, or hand the engagement over to them. In that case there is, as a rule, a separate client and contractual relationship between the client and the professional, independent of us.

The same applies to the UK, Ireland, the Nordic and Benelux countries and any other country where you are resident or liable to tax.

On request we are also happy to work with your existing lawyer or tax adviser on any engagement.
